ABOUT EMILY SUTTON FASHION

I am a second year Fashion Design student at Northumbria University. I have studied Fashion Design for nearly 5 years now and have received the following qualifications;  A level Fashion and Textiles, Fashion design Foundation Diploma and I am nearly half way through my degree now.

I have always had a passion for creating and designing ever since I have been young. Making myself dresses and bags.

But my biggest passion right now is creating clothes sustainably. I love to set myself the challenge of what could a torn, ripped, stained or damaged item could turn into instead.

The biggest problem in fashion right now is sustainability and clothes being worn once and never again, so I enjoy re imagining an ordinary piece of clothing's new look and giving it a second life.
